The Reidmar Mid GTX boots are robust yet surprisingly lightweight, crafted from high-quality leather. They feature the extremely practical Härkila wire system for effortless on and off. Furthermore, the boots offer reinforced seams, exceptional comfort, and a medium-stiff sole that provides excellent foot support. They incorporate a thoroughly tested, waterproof GORE-TEX membrane. Designed and manufactured in Europe, these boots are a testament to quality. As with all shoes in our range, we offer a two-year warranty on these boots, covering any unexpected material or functional defects. Reidmar boots are available up to size 36, making them not only unisex but also suitable for older children.
Description
The Reidmar Mid GTX boots weigh only around 640g each – even though they are leather boots. The boots have a mid-height shaft (8”/20 cm) and a regular last width. Equipped with the Wire System, they can be easily tightened and loosened using the dial. The closure system is guaranteed; should the wire or dial unexpectedly break, you can always get a replacement from one of our authorized retailers. The Reidmar Mid GTX boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX Sierra membrane. All boot membranes are tested in a water bath during the production process to ensure they are truly waterproof. In addition, we conduct a 30-minute centrifuge sample test on 5% of the total boot production to further verify the membrane's highest possible quality. The uppers are made of oiled nubuck leather, and the semi-rigid Vibram® Campus soles provide excellent traction. Furthermore, the boots have a shock-absorbing midsole for optimal walking comfort, even on long walks. Routes in extremely rough terrain.
