These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the website. The Terms may be updated from time to time (e.g., to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity, or applicable laws and regulations), and therefore we ask that you accept the Terms each time you make a purchase from us. Any reference to "you" or "your" refers to you as a user of the website; any reference to "us" or "we" refers to harkila.com.
If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you cannot order or purchase any goods on the website.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, without giving any reason. Read more about this below under "Right of Withdrawal".
Your purchase is subject to the defects provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which means that you have certain legal guarantees regarding the conformity of the goods with the contract.
How to order
The online shop is open 24 hours a day, but may be temporarily closed for maintenance. We strive to carry out such maintenance during the night whenever possible.
An order placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and have a valid credit card that we accept. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis to enter into a contract with us.
We can only process your order if the delivery address is in one of the countries listed under "We ship to". We do not deliver to PO boxes.
We reserve the right to terminate the purchase agreement in any of the following situations without being liable for damages or other costs:
- Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order is being placed with the intention of committing fraud, or is related to a crime or other illegal activity.
- An unintentional error occurs on the website, e.g. a price error, a payment error, etc.
- We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old.
Contracts can only be concluded via the website. We do not process orders sent by email, letter, or fax.
At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
Before you place your order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including delivery and billing information or payment details. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.
When you click "Proceed to Payment," a receipt will appear on your screen. From this point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement.

You will receive an order confirmation via email. After conclusion of the contract, the cancellation policy applies; see below.
Payment terms
Payment can be made using the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, UnionPay, Discover, JCB.
Others: BACS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paysafecard.
When paying by BACS direct debit, Visa, and MasterCard (which are debit cards), the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with your card's terms and conditions until we debit or decline the payment. The amount will be debited upon shipment of the goods.
If multiple items are ordered in one order and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will only charge the payment for that item(s) when the goods are shipped.
Delivery service
We offer delivery to addresses in Germany and Austria.
Please visit our international website for delivery to other locations.
We offer the following shipping methods:
- DHL Express: The goods will be delivered 1 to 2 working days after your order.

Delivery conditions:
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. We only deliver to private and business addresses – not to P.O. boxes.
Your item will be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. See also: https://harkila.com/de-de/versand
The goods must be signed for upon receipt. It doesn't necessarily have to be you who signs. Anyone at the delivery address (e.g., a family member, a friend, a receptionist, etc.) can sign for the goods on your behalf.
For private deliveries, our shipping company will make at least one delivery attempt. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping company will leave a receipt informing you of the details of any possible self-collection options. The shipping company will generally store the item for up to 14 days before returning it to us as undelivered. Please note that our shipping company may also deliver the item to your neighbor if you have given your consent and if circumstances permit.
Please note that you assume all risk for the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse acceptance of the goods. If you wish to make a claim for defects, you must inform us under "Complaints".
Separate Deliveries:
If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. You will be notified if your order will be delivered separately. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for separate deliveries.
Track your order and view its history.
On the order confirmation email, i.e., the email in which Outfit International A/S confirms receipt of your purchase offer, you can click on the link in the middle to access the tracking number and track your package on the DHL website. Further information can be found in the "Delivery" section above.
Right of withdrawal:
You can withdraw from your purchase within 90 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 90 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (excluding the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation period begins on the day you take physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline falls on a public holiday, weekend, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
If you purchased multiple items in one order, you can cancel some or all of them. If you purchased multiple items in one order and only cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the shipping costs.
How can I cancel?

You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the goods or not collecting them without declaring your withdrawal.
You comply with the cancellation period if you send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal under this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not including any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return policy
We offer a 90-day return policy.
The right of return requires that the goods be returned to us unused and undamaged. This right of return does not affect your statutory right to cancel the purchase, as described above.

Return of the item and return shipping costs
You must return all goods to Härkila in their original packaging and in unused condition.
You are only liable for any diminished value of an item resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please also ensure that the goods are properly packaged when returning them. You bear the risk for the package/goods until they are received by us. Therefore, please save the postal receipt and any tracking number.
We will cover the cost of returning the goods. Please remember to print the shipping label that will be generated for you immediately after completing our return process at https://harkila.com/de-de/widerrufsbelehrung .
We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as proof that you handed the package over to the post office/shipping company.
Complaints – if there is something wrong with the item:
According to Danish law on the sale of goods, you have a 2-year warranty on the product.
If the item was purchased from one of our retailers, the complaint must be made as follows: Contact the retailer, if this is done by email, provide a brief description of the fault and take a photo of the fault in the best possible quality and attach this to the email along with a photo of the proof of purchase.
In the event that the 2-year warranty has expired and you are part of our Härkila Pro Hunter Society, please contact customer service at dangthuythuy13065@gmail.com and they will take care of the process.
If you wish to make a claim for an item purchased before 01.09.2022 in our webshop (www.harkila.com), you must contact customer service at dangthuythuy13065@gmail.com or otherwise follow the procedure described above.

However, typographical errors, mistakes in prices, offers, descriptions, and other product information may occur, and sometimes we find that a product's price is incorrectly stated.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Gift vouchers
for www.harkila.com are valid for two years. Any remaining value can be redeemed up to one year after the gift voucher's expiry date.
Personal data:
We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our privacy policy, which explains how we use the personal data you provide to us in connection with the ordering process and your use of www.harkila.com in general.
