3. Data processing for the purpose of order fulfillment


For the purpose of fulfilling the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we will forward your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
Data will also be forwarded to shipping service providers for the purpose of shipping notification .

When processing payments in our online shop, we work together with the following partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.

Please note that we analyze your user behavior when sending our newsletter. This includes analyzing how you interact with our newsletter by measuring, storing, and evaluating open and click rates for the purpose of designing future newsletter campaigns ("newsletter tracking").

We use ActiveCampaign on our website , a service for our email marketing.


The service provider is the American company ActiveCampaign, 1 N Dearborn St 5th floor, Chicago, IL 60602, USA. ActiveCampaign also processes your data in the USA. We would like to point out that, according to the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for data transfers to the USA. This can entail various risks to the lawfulness and security of data processing.

Google Analytics:

Cookies may be used for this purpose. Your IP address is generally not merged with other Google data. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Google.


We also use the Google Analytics extension function Google Optimize to create and conduct tests .


Google Ads:
For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, a so-called Google Remarketing cookie is set when you visit our website. 7.2 Use of Facebook services for web analytics and advertising purposes


Use of Facebook Pixel
We use the Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. , 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook (by Meta)” or “Meta Platforms Ireland”) described below. Facebook Analytics:
As part of Facebook Business Tools, statistics on visitor activity on our website are generated from data collected via the Facebook Pixel about your use of our website. This data processing is based on a data processing agreement with Facebook (by Meta). This analysis serves to optimize the presentation and marketing of our website.


Facebook Ads (Advertising Manager)
: We use Facebook Ads to advertise this website on Facebook (by Meta) and other platforms. We determine the parameters of each advertising campaign. Facebook (by Meta) is responsible for the precise implementation, in particular the decision regarding the placement of ads for individual users. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 GDPR. Cookies may be used for this purpose. The pseudonymized user profiles will not be merged with personal data about the holder of the pseudonym without separately granted, explicit consent.
